Achy legs and I have dance intensive tomorrow!!!!?

Does anyone have any tips for getting your legs to stop hurting. I don't know why they hurt, I haven't done anything strenuous and I've been taking it easy for my dance intensive tomorrow but tonight they started hurting and it's like a really distracting hurts a lot pain....

  1. Keep your feet elevated for a long period of time to help with circulation - maybe even consider soaking a towel or cloth or something in warm water and putting it on the area that hurts the most, but you should def. keep your feet up to help with circulation. Looks like you should sit back and watch tv for a while!

    Also, if you're of age, your legs might be telling you that your period is on its way! Girls can get cramps in their legs too.  


  2. take a hot bath with epsom salt and stretch out well a lil tonight and well before practice tomorrow you can also add heat tomorrow morning if they still hurt
