Acid Music 3.0 - getting a media offline

Question

I am using acid music 3.0 to create a soundtrack to a video. I've entered loops - they play fine - I save the project (not yet completed) - when I return to continue working on the project, it give me a media offline on my loops - using same computer - any ideas to what my problem might be?
