Acid or salvia?

Mushrooms, more earthly and les intense than acid.

Don't knock Salvia it's not intended for regular use, I would recommend to try it if you've not done it. It is certainly an experience !

for a long trip I'd go for shrooms but for short and intense I would go for DMT that was incredible.

Mushrooms. Acid is good but sometmies too intense. Salvia sucks ***. Its a bad trip everytime.
