  1. this wont cost you any bills

like maybe only the ballons? get those ballons with pain in them and get a wall of many of them and let your kids throw a pen? not too sharp or maybe a rock at it

and they WILL have fun trust me.

  2. I would buy a wholebunch of art supplies from an arts and craft store, plain poster boards, plaster pieces that can be painted and some paints and paint brushes (total should be under $100). Invite 5 or 6 friends over, bake a birthday cake, and have a contest to see who painted the best. The winner gets a prize (from the dollar store). Then, after that is done, take all the kids to McDonalds or order a pizza. By then, the party should be over and the parents ready to pick up the kids.

  3. Tape paper to the wall and let them draw on the wall.  The kids will love it and you can get rolls of butcher paper cheap or a canvas )painters drop cloth) at Big lots or Sherwin williams for about 10.00

  4. Elisheba above had a great idea.

You can purchase huge rolls of Butcher Paper. Use  a BIG wall, make sure you OVER LAP the paper and DOUBLE it up. Pick a theme! Castles, Dragons, Knights in Shining Armor. A Zoo with Great Animals and People. An Amusement Park with Rides, let them draw their own Six Flags!  Outer Space with Rockets & Astronauts & Aliens!

Have TWO walls. Make them draw their names outta a hat for which wall. (use crayons! lots and lots of crayons!)

Bead kits are AWESOME and CHEAP. Necklaces and bracelets for boys and girls. Make sure you have darker colors beads so the boys wont freak. A handful of beads will make several friendship type bracelets.

T-shirt decoration. Plain, cheap t-shirts, or have them bring their own. Purchase a t-shirt decorating kit with color-fast for washing purposes. Let them design AND wear their own t-shirts.

Buy enough plain poster boards for every kid there, plus a couple of extras. Get a ton of old magazines, catalogs, newspapersetc. Sisscors and sticky glue sticks. Have them make a poster of THEMSELVES. Them now, and/or who they would like to be, what they would like to be when they grow up. their family, their pets. Make a big deal of putting their names on the posters in glitter & glue.

Toss in a package of stickers from the craft store, a package of stars, some pipe cleaners, popsickle sticks, glitter, show them how to cut out words, like they use on randsom notes to say something on the posters. Kids are creative as all get out.

You can do all of these for very little money.

    Best of luck!
