Acne Issues. Please Help ;):) ?!?

Ok, I am 20 years old and have fairly good skin. The occasional pimple around my period or what not, but nothing to severe. Well when I started working out I started getting more acne (I no, because I am sweating more and what not--that's not my question)

I wash my face right after I get home from the gym, and once a day on days I do not use the gym. Seems to not be working though, I have a couple bad ones that just keep coming back, or not even going away. Any other suggestions or really good products I could use. Presently I use clean and clear.

Thanks Guys.

  1. What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

  2. um... proactiv?

  3. I *HAD* acne and I use Proactiv and it's gone...

Myself and everyone i know uses that and the bare minerals make up and their skin stays immaculate.

  4. Talk to a dermatologist and don't use things like cleansers or proactive or anything, they can make your face peel. Keep your face clean, wash it regularly but not too often, and DONT TOUCH IT.

  5. Proactive

Double blind tested blah blah blah.

    Talk to a dermatologist, duh.
