I'm starting to have really bad acne. It comes and go's but right now its pretty bad.

I'm trying to cut things out of my diet but its hard when you don't have money to buy every type of food you need.

Cheese is in almost everything I eat, (pizza, and all substitute dishes)

I usually like to eat vegetables when available or mock meats.

what kind of routine can I get into to maintain healthy skin?

  1. examine foods high in iodine. Watch out for multi-vitamins (some contain iodine). Be aware of some junk foods such as potato chips, corn chips, etc. Keep your diet low in fat and sugar. Eating a properly balanced diet ensures that your body gets the proper nutrients and therefore promotes healthy skin. 2. I agree with Kfaulk. You definitely need to cut out greasy and fried foods. You should definitely use a botanically based cleanser. I suggest Arbonne Acne system it is a vegans best friend. Best of luck!

  3. Your diet has much less of an impact on your acne than you think. The best thing to avoid is greasy, fried foods.

Fresh meats and vegetables are probably your best bet. But to maintain healthy skin, you should wash your face several times daily with a facial cleanser and a natural astringent like tea tree oil.

  4. put apple cider vinegar on your face diluted with waterthen moisturize with virgin coconut oil

you can aslo drink the vinegar and eat the oil

im not lying. earthclinic and acne.org sware by these two items
