Acne Scars How To Get Rid?

Question

i used to have bad acne it all cleared up except a few left behind little tiny red marks and without make up i feel awful!! is there anything i can do to get rid of the scars?

I sympathise with you 100%....

I am currently having ongoing dermabrasion and chemical peel treatments for old acne scars.

The downside is the cost-So far £300 for 6 sessions,and the fact it is a very slow process.

The upside though, it actually does work-my skin is looking continually better after each session,and I am feeling more an more confident because of this.

So if you can afford this is the best method-and make sure you go to a medically recognised laser clinic-not a beauty salon.

Last-don`t fall fro all the hundreds of "miracle" cures you will find on the internet-I did-and after many tries with a lot of wasted time and money-none of them actually worked.

I can honestly say the treatment I`m having now is worth every penny and the best thing i`ve done in  years,go for it and good luck.xx

Your could try palmarosa essential oil (mixed with a base oil) to help reduce - not remove - scars naturally. Palmarosa basically increases the suppleness of skin and can promote rejuvenation in old damaged cells. There's a clinical cream called Scar Repairex that does the same job but palmarosa oil is much, much cheaper in the long run.

The only way to completely remove them would be cosmetic surgery, but it's expensive and really only necessary if you're a severe burn victim or the like. I'm sure you're beautiful regardless!

My friend used to have acne scars really bad, basically it is holes in your skin.

Obviously the best way to get rid of this is to fill them in, the best thing to use is cement as other products will not stay, you will have to re-apply every day.

There is a draw back to cement however, if you use too much you can start looking like a common house brick, I like to use "too little is better than too much" when talking about using cement on your face.
