Acne and birth control?

I have been on yaz for a little over a year. I had completely clear skin without one zit for a long time and starting a month ago I started to break out again.

Does the birth control wear off? Should I switch? Is it just because it's summer??

Birth control is supposed to minimize acne.  I don't know if that's what's causing it.  Try a good facial soap and talk to your doctor.

It will be the summer.

You know sweat clogging up your pores.. causing breakouts.

It happens to me all the time.. i wash my face 2 or 3 times a day which hydrating face wash.

It's most likely because of the summer. I can't see how birth control pills that leave skin acne-free would suddenly stop unless you stopped taking the pill at some point or another.
