Acne cream- face puffy?

i started using acne cream called clear zone and it's a three step method. you use three different bottles to cure the acne, using it morning AND night. i've used it 6 times so far, morning and night. but i don't see much of a change in the acne, but my nose and upper lip got swollen (which are the areas i put cream on as well as my forehead) and also i'm starting to grow a little hair between my eyebrows which is a start to a unibrow (which is another area where i put the cream). can someone suggest some ideas. is getting a little swollen and growing hair normal? should i stop using this cream stuff?

i think you should stop because you might be having an allergic reaction.

if you got it online or something you should really stop.
