  1. No...Go to Clinique they have an Acne 3-step system that consists of a face and body bar, a toner, and a moisturizer..This system was formulated specifically for acne..It is soothing to the skin it will not dry of irritate the skin...Please give it a try you will love it and will see results within a couple weeks..Now if you wear makeup replace the acne bar with the acne foam wash..it removes make up and cleanses the skin..For additional spot treating treatments I would definitely recommend the Emergency Lotion..That is for the big pimples..And what it does is oxygenate the pore thus making it impossible for bacteria to survive in it... And you will see results with that in 24 hours..but only use it for spot treatment..not on the whole face..Try it And I promise you will love it..It's around 50 dollars for the kit and will last you at least 6 months using it twice a day...

  2. Try the Neutrogena or the Clinique products.  There is no quick fix for acne.  Your doctor may recommend some prescription medication.  Keep your face very clean.  Drink plenty of water.  Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep.  Try to reduce the stress in your life.  Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.   Here are a few informative links with additional home treatment ideas.

  3. I tried proactive but it made it worse for me.

I cleared most of my acne by eating less sugar and fatty foods (droped soda all together) and drank nothing but water and juices.

I installed a shower head filter (really good for your hair also)

all these things helped and I may ocasionally get a pimple (but small)

  4. usually those products work depending on your skin type and how it absorbs the moisture...

try a prescribed medication such as an ointment or a pill...

  5. no those suck

    get murad.

  6. try the neutrogenia kit instead of clean & clear. even tho it's 3 dollars more it works better. trust me, i tried clean & clean and it didn't even cure my little acne.. just dried my skin.

  7. I've tried clean and clear and it didn't do much for me. The thing about my skin is that it became prone to acne medications so they didn't do much use. Best thing I've ever used is tetracyclen which is a pill. You take 2 twice a day. I saw results overnight! It reduced the oilyness of my skin and I haven't had white heads since, only small surface bumps. I've been using it for a year now and I love it. I also had a gel that I put on at night called Differin, and Benzagel 5 also worked pretty well for me. I got all of it perscribed by my dermatologist, so maybe try that! If you don't want to go to a doctor quite yet, then go to your local drugstore and buy Panoxyl (water/aqua based if you have sensitive skin, and alcohol based if you have normal and oily skin.) all the best!

  8. I got the clean & clear kit, it works wondersssss like you don't even know.

I seriously honestly WATCHED my acne fade like twenty seconds after I first washed my face with it.

    It was really cool lol.

  9. The best acne free medication I would recommend to you would have to be Clindoxyl Gel it works for any type of skin type and it actually works and i've tried everything out there and if it worked for me it should work for you but in order to get it you'd have to go to a pharmecy =)

    good luck
