Acne/spots whatever! i need help!?

hey people, ok well i need help

how can i get rid of my spots and stuff before i go back to school?

i have loads on my forehead and here and there on my face

also a few on my upper arms?

it works instead of putting it on one spot like it says to

i used it on my whole face

and also just use a little bit of powder foundation for when your at school and then take it off when your at home

There is no quick fix for acne.  Your doctor may recommend some prescription medication.  Keep your face very clean.  Drink plenty of water.  Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep.  Try to reduce the stress in your life.  Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. i went to a dermatologist and i had to be put on three different kinds of medicine, i mean i didnt have it hoprrible but i had it and so, i would recommand going to a dermatologist!

Try a dermatologist, or even order some of that Proactive that is on TV, a lot of celebrities use it.
