Hi there, I am having some problems with my hard drive. It was working fine and then I was having some problems with my computer while it was plugged it. The computer froze, so I manually turned it off. I hadn't safely ejected the hard drive. When I turned my computer back on and plugged in the hard drive, the hard drive (g drive) no longer appeared with the name I have given it, but rather with g drive. When I click to open, it asks if I want to format the drive. Under properties, it says that the drive has 0 bytes of used space and 0 bytes of free space. I don't understand what is happening?! Is everything lost? Is there any way of recovering the data that is in there? I would really appreciate any help!!! Thanks!
