Acording to wildlife protection act can a district administrator give permission to kill wild animal???

today district magistrate muradabad(up) gave permission to kill a problmatic blue bull. forest department was not informed about this operation. dont u think, it shuld have been tranqulized and removed from that area.

  3. That is absolutely horrible. Yes, it should have been relocated. People are soo stupid sometimes. Sorry, I cannot answer your question, but I wanted to let you know that I am with you on animals being killed for S****y reasons.  But what is a blue bull? I never heard of one.

    DId you hear about the elephant in Zimbabwe that was shot after a bunch of kids taunted the resident elephant till it attached some vehicles...see link! The people should have gotten arrested and the elephant left alone, it never hurt anyone.
