I haven't a CLUE what you are asking about.  Those are not any standard designation I know of or have ever heard of... sorry... but that just makes no sense at all.

i see and understand the info you give. with those CHORDS you can play knocking on heavens door. and the translation of the chords is

I hate to admit it, but I don't have a clue.  I even did a search, and couldn't find anything musically related to your information.  Where did you find this information?.

Re, la, and sol are part of the diatonic scale. I have no idea what those numbers represent. They cannot be finger placements on the fretboard either.
