Acting, is this right?

Is this a fraud, or is it real? http://actinginfo.blogspot.com/ . I want to try out for Disney channel, should i give in a resume and a head shot, or is it fake? did anyone try this out? thanks, best answer rewarded.

  1. I haven't tried it but i don't recommend that you do either.

    The only two ways i'd trust auditioning for Disney:

    1) Your agent sends you on an audition for their casting people

    2) You read on Disney's website that they are having an open call audition and you are able to physically go on your own to read/sing/dance, etc for them

    Am glad you asked though before you went and gave out your personal information to a stranger on the internet!


  2. Hart/ La Padura Casting is a well respected company here in Hollywood. I cannot imagine that they approve of this method.

    You should never pay anyone for work until they GET you work. This applies to managers, agents and, especially, casting people. Producers pay THEM to bring that talent!

  3. Its not necessarily a scam but seems a waste of money.  All he will likely do is forward your headshot to disney.  Send it in yourself and save the money.
