Acting for Disney Channel-Help!?

Question

Ive researched on how to become an actor and searched for auditions.Everyone says an agent is the key, but how do you get discovered by an agent, esspically in a small town like I live in?i was searching for an angent, but everyone says let the agent come to you and besides searching for agents can be dangerous for kids my age or a total waste.

start with classes at school then do plays at shcool build up your resume get experience! then get an agent and if you want to be succesful it will take years of hard work slowly climbing the ladder of success but if you get a chance to do somethign big go for it!

go to talentagents.blogspot.com and look up a city close to you for talent agencies. it will give info on how to get an agent. also if looking for disney auditions go to actinginfo.blogspot.com. it has all the latest disney auditions. good luck

if you really want an agent, try a serious proffesional camp! there are some that have agents come and watch you at the end to discover new clients! as for disney, drop that idea. no one gets on disney without major connections. sorry.

well i went to an audition back in february and it was for Jhon Robeert Powers and i got in but it does cost money to fly there and back and for all your food and your interveiws.so if you have no money you are prolly out of luck.

I am just like you. I live in a small town and have the same dream. But you can't just want it, you have to get it!

My mindset is that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!! Thats how I became a client of one of the greatest agencies out there! I did research, and got in touch with them. I payed a fee, and now i am their client...!!! DONT STOP WANTING...GOOD LUCK! HOPE IT WORKS OUT!!
