Jenny, I really do hope you become a famous actress one day so  try and get some lessons or classes. And when you are auditioning or playing a character try as hard as you can to feel the emotins of what your charcter is going through so when your character is crying you are actually crying. I know its hard but good luck!

Jenny, The future is a long way off, believe me, especially when it comes to acting. It takes years of experience and training just to get a bit part. The best auditions for you to attend are those at your school and at your local community theatres. If you just wanna act, get started, Do some acting. Or at leart try to do some. By auditioning for many plays you will learn if you have any ability for acting, and if you do, then you can take the next step.. But find out first, why try to be an actor if you stink?

First you need experience, your not going to make it anywhere without A LOT of training and experience. Do drama class at your school and be in as many plays as you can (in school and at a local theater) be in even if your not the main character its still good for a resume. Take a good year doing plays and drama at school, maybe even do chorus and singing and dancing lessons. Next you should take professional acting classes and then you can get an agent.. Agencies don't have to except you they only will if you have good experience it doesn't matter how good you are you need experience and training. Then audition for commercials and student films and get some on camera work. It takes a long time and detication. Good Luck.

Do you live in Longmont? There is a dinner theater called Jesters there. I've done it every summer since i was like 7 and I LOVE it! They have musicals and everything. Or when school starts sign up for the drama club if you have one. Anyways, don't let anything get in the way of your dream! It is a great one (it's mine too)!

It all depends on your age, appearance, location, and capability. In my opinion, a good performer requires 3 things:

Passion, energy, and talent.

I would first try to find an agest in your area. You'd be so suprised how easy everything is with an agent. But you also pay them.

Try googling "acting agencies" in your area.
