Acting....?

so i really want to be an actress... call me crazy i dont want to be in school plays i wanna be in movies and episodes... tho i sometimes just a tad get nervous but that normal... got any suggestions? btw when i graduate me and my friend are going to visit hollywood and try out some auditions

a little help- * in your additional details i think you meant "I am very passionate about acting" compassionate the word you are looking for there so you might want to change that before people start making fun of you...... its ok i do typos all the time and people start caling me dumb and stuff.......so just trying to help :)

believe in yourself and just remember that you have to start small.......be confident......

Well, first you should start with some acting lessons. You can search for some on Google, but make sure they're not rip offs.

Then find an agency. A good friend of mine who works in the business once told me there are pretty much no agencies that haven't ripped people off, just agencies who do that less and do that more. A good agency that I know of is Dynasty Models in Boston, but I don't know where you're from. Even though it has the word "model" in it, the agency still works with actors, too.

Agents can help get you jobs, but you still have to do a lot of the work, too.

And you should also get a professional headshot (photograph of yourself) and resume (paper with general information, acting information, experience, etc.) You should give this to your agent and you can send it out the all different casting companies, but make sure they're trustworthy first.

But before anything, try to get some experience. You can't have an empty resume, and school plays don't count for experience.

first off i would tell you to do school plays you have to get comfortable with your friends an random people watching you first b4 you hit the big screen or your gonna freak out.  and i can telll you that it not easy gettin on the big screen thousands of hundreds of people go to auditions to get into these movies and shows so you have to have some kind of experience an try goin to a local theatre in your town an doin some plays there. and i dont want to be rude but if your just acting to become famous and ur not compassionate about acting then thats totally wrong... but hey its your life. good luck :]
