Acting website?

its places in philiw here people post castings for little movies and stuff they are doing and you click on it and shows you the pay and it lists the people they need age group haircolor posibly and other thigns. i dont remeber what it was and i want to find it but dont remeber the site i think i searched something about philidelphia casting something i dont know, it lists like the prodction or whats needed and shows the place or anyhting like that any website with little roles that would count as training to get into acting ?
