Is there an action replay code to get all wild pokemon to be level 1 on Pokemon Diamond

If there isnt can someone make me a code like that

no, there isn't a code to get pokemon at level one in the wild. the lowest level pokemon you can get in the wild is level three and thats by the first town in the game, the one you start out in. if you want codes though, go to codejunkies.com and go to either the us or uk site because the uk codes work for the american version with a few tries. thats how i got shiny ho-oh
