Action Replay Experts?

Why am I unable to trade action replay shinies to other people or my file?They are shiny with the action replay in the slot but for other people the pokemon come out as regular color,anyone know whats wrong?

you have to have the ar in

the reason is because the cheat only works with the action replay it does the same thing with my action replay to so nothing is wrong with it so there was no point in trading the Pokemon that you traded.
