What are some action figures i can buy now for reasonably cheap that are guaranteed to rise in value

  1. There are vintage Star Wars and G.I Joes carded figures that are guaranteed to rise in value but they are not cheap right now.  You can see them on ebay for approximately $75 and up.  

    The best thing to do is buy new figures out today and never open them, keep them sealed, and see what happens.
