Action replay help and what to do

i was playing and then left but when i turned it back on all of my games dissapeared help

I tried the code manager and it said i didnt have room but why i even tried clearing it .

even when i try manually it shows red and green colors so that i cant press anything on the touch screen

By any chance, do you know if the disc that comes with the action replay is only a "one-time-use" one? Because I've tried to use it two times (on two different computers), and it doesn't work :\
