Active Duty HM-8404 and College?

Question

How hard is it to get a college degree if you are active duty HM are you always in the field is it possible to get a degree in 4 years or is it going to take longer?

Unless you are taking online courses, I wouldn't count on getting a degree while in the military. It isn't a part-time job and you never know where or when you will be moving.
