I want to become more fit. I want to lose some belly fat and make my thighs a lot smaller. I don't want to go on crazy diets like celebrities do because most of the girls become anorexic and their b***s get smaller. How can I get rid of some belly fat and make my thighs smaller? Can you tell me what I should eat daily and what kind of exercises i should do, how to do them, and how many i have to do. I'm 14 and weight around 125. Please help! And thanks for all the help and answers! <3

  1. You should do more exercise than diet.  Don&#039;t eat a bunch of junk. Try chicken or fish not fried.  Limit the portions.  Walk with a friend Try a dance class or running with your dog
