ActiveX controls help?!

Question

i need to install flash player, but this keeps popping up.

how do i get rid of it so i can install the flash player?

Check out your settings, there might be something there prohibiting you from downloading stuff.  There also might be an option when you right-click the bar.

Left Click on the Yellow (on the top edge of the window) and when the next window comes up, either Run or Install the program.
