Activesync 4.5 no longer recognizes

Activesync 4.5 no longer recognizes my Treo 700wx. I uninstalled the program, removed the registry files and reloaded active sync on my PC. It worked again for one day. Now I have tried that again twice and I can not get active sync to work. I also removed Windows PC and Windows PC 2 from my phone.Currently activesync tries to sync but states that there is no partnership.
