Activist for Empowerment Education?

i have no clue what that means. and thats my academy for my high school freshmen year... can someone tell me what that means and prolly what ill be learning.

My interpretation of it is the academy holds strong values about fighting social injustice. By virtue of informing/educating youngsters, one will be empowered to create necessary 'change.'

Just think of an image of fist, resembling knowledge through education. That's what I get.

Sounds like a cool academy to be a part of. I wish I had that kind of opportunity in high school! =)
