Activities!!! 10 pts!?

Hey I'm in the big brother and big sister program and i forgot I'm meeting with my lil sis (4th grader) tomorrow after school. does anyone have any ideas on some fun activities? I can't leave the building and it is only our second meeting! Plz help!!!!! Thanks in advance!

  1. I completely agree with "Bonnie C". There is nothing that a kid loves more than getting a make-over. Even if it's just doing eachothers nails, or even going crazy and letting her apply your make-up! :]]

    I'm 13 and yet I still love giving my friends make-overs :]]

    And maybe, if you have the time, go through some old clothes that you never wear anymore, and let her completley re-decorate it w/ sharpies/paint/etc.


  2. Play some card games like UNO or go fish. My kids love it. And you are spending direct one on one time with the child.

  3. Bring a craft.

    You can do picture frames, jewlery, a pencil/pen holder.

    There are cheap kits at Walmart.  Look in the toy and the craft section for inspiration.

    Bring a poloroid camera, take some pictures and start a scrapbook of the 2 of you and your adventures.

    Talk about what she wants to do for the next visits.

  5. yeah games or you can help her with her home work or a problem  but only if she looks down about something.  Spending time with her will make her happy and helping her wioth her math or something not doing but just helping her f she needs it is great. You know maybe she has trouble understanding long divison an dyou cna explain it in a way to help her undersatnd and gve her some examples or something. Just an Idea

  8. Take several colors of nail polish. You do hers and let her paint yours.

  9. OK the best game is UNO Spin or UNO attack so fun! It is available at like a FRED MYERS.Hope this helps. If not play sports like at a park.
