Activities and crafts for kids?

Question

I'm babysitting my 3 nieces tomorrow, the youngest is 3, another is 4, and the oldest is 6 years old. I'm want to keep them entertained all day. Any ides for crafts or activies?

bake sugar cookies and have them help put sprinkles on it.

or help them make rice crispies treats

do some crafts , do easy ones or you'll end up doing all the work. here is 1 idea:

cut up a bunch of squares, rectangles, triangles and a bunch of circles  all in different shapes color and sizes  and tell them to make something out of it.. give them some glue stick or Elmer's glue and have them glue it on some construction paper.. you can also predraw some wheels on the circles and precut some leaves  for flowers.  see how many different things they can make with it.

also if it's all day bring a kid movie they haven't seen so you can have some down time.

Tissue paper crafts, especially making flowers from scrunching up tissue paper. Coloring, playing in the sprinklers, find print out sheets online with puzzles, mazes, coloring, fun exercises especially from websites like pbskids, or national geographic kids. Make up a scavenger hunt, hide and seek, picking up things from the yard and making a picture with them such as leaves and gluing them to a page, sock puppets, paper plate puppets, build a fort (always a hit!), have them play doctor with stuffed animals (if you use toilet paper for "casts" then they love to do this, they roll it on the animals and say their arm is broken or their legs). Have fun!
