Activity ideas for me and my husband?

Question

So we want to join something together like fencing or karate. I was looking for a beginners fencing class in my city (montreal) but couldn't find one. Anyone have any other ideas of activities we can do, if so, do you know a good school in the montreal area? It has to be a beginners class and has to be english. (My husband doesn't understand french)
