Activity themes for a family campground?

What are some good weekend themes for a family campground? I would like some neat ideas that i can build activities around. Nice answers please, Thanks!!

Do things where people can come dressed up.  Perhaps a cowboy's weekend.  You could put out hay stacks, have a campfire, conduct a barbecue, maybe have someone come in to teach a little line dancing.

Carnival weekend, or kids weekend.  Invite vendors in to set up carnival type games, face painting, jumps etc....things that would really interest kids.  At night, have outdoor movie on blow up screen that features a kids flick.
