I'm wondering if anyone has tried a acupressure bracelet for morning sickness??? Does it work or waste of money? Which brand is the best? I see bio band just has a bead for your pp and maga band has a magnetic bead for your pressure point.. Thanks

  1. There are pressure points around the hands, wrist, ankle, feet, shoulders and neck that Massage Therapists must avoid when someone is pregnant.  Keep that in mind when selecting anything for morning sickness.  Try staying hydrated, having morning sickness is also the natural bodies way of rejecting anything that might be bad for the baby.  Eat small meals through out the day, contact a nutritionist.. they should be able to assist you in the foods to concur morning sickness and be healthy for both you and the baby..

Also, avoid Rosemary and most mints when pregnant, they are astringents and have been shown to also be a contra for ladies in your condition.  Congratulations and Cheers!

  2. I have found an End morning sickness Ebook. It includes Revelutionary Natural Technique That Ends Morning Sickness For 95% Of Suffers.

  3. Waste of money!

Try using ginger.  Take it in any form you want, tea, capsules, crystalized, syrup about 2 - 3 times a day.  It really helped me!

Also, if you need a little extra, add in the homeopathic remedy Nux Vomica (I used 30X).  I used this whenever I needed it, sometimes every 15 minutes!

  4. I had morning sickness 24 hours a day starting in weeks 5-6 of my pregnancy, and went into labor still getting sick!

I used the bracelets (also known as sea-sick bracelets) for quite a while with no desired affect. I used MANY different methods, either suggested by friends, docs, or researched online. (And btw...the brand of bracelet shouldn't really matter...pretty much all made the same way.)

Acupuncture can help. Some people have good luck with either drinking gingerale or keep fresh ginger in the fridge and slice a piece off...then just l**k the sliced piece a couple of times. You can also try keeping some Saltine crackers (or similar) on your bedstand and before you even get out of bed in the am, eat a few, and let them settle before getting up. Also, I used Preggie Pops! They worked better than anything else, although they can wreak havoc on the teeth, so be careful!
