Acura Gear shifter button?

Question

I have a Acura CL 1999 3.0. It is an automatic car, and I wanted to change the gear k**b. But, it has a button you have to press to enable it to move from P to R to N to D4. I wanted to match the dash wood (burlwood) with the new gear k**b. However, Am I going to have a problem buying one with that button?
