I have been experiencing very acute abdominal pain to the left of my bellybutton and an inch or two above it for about 4 hours. It feels like a really bad exercising cramp, but I have not exercised today except for a short, brisk walk while the pain was occurring. I took 2 Tylenol and 2 Tums, and neither helped. The pain began while eating lunch. Please help me!

  1. you may be experiencing acute appendicitis.

you will need to go the ER to get this checked out.

In the case of an acute appy, the pain will not subside and you will gradually be running a fever.

    it may require surgical intervention.

    ASAP like right now.
