I don't have to tell you what that is a classic symptom of do I?

How do you feel otherwise?  Any trouble breathing?  Pain in your jaw, chest...anywhere?

Check your glucose now for good measure!

Could be nothing, could be something.  Need to know more though.  Were you working?  Were you lifting something?

Again, could be as simple as muscle relate or joint related pain to which a simple motrin type med (with food) and analgesic (tylenol) can help.
