Acute prostatis..????

i think i have it...is a twitching p***s a symptom...its like 2 seonds and happens a few times a day...btw i am going to a eurologist on the 20th ...shuld i be concerned..obviously i have other symtoms and this is why i think it is acute prostatis

Acute Prostatis generally has a "burning sensation" in the urinary tract or you would at times be unable to urinate. Never heard of the symptom you describe.
