Acww connecting to wifi?

hi ive never gotten online in the game, but i REALLY want to. i have a router, i just dont know if its the right kind. its blue in the fron, black in the back, and on the top it says LINKSYS in really big letters and a sticker that says wireless-g 2.4 GHz broadband router with speedbooster and on the front its got little lights and it says ethernet above them and all that stuff. some1 please inform me if im wifi campatible and how to get on. ty ty ty ty ty so much!

i spent hour trying to figure this out here we go

when you got your wifi thing you got a code hopefully you saved it my dad keeps all that stuff so that's how i got it

type that number into your web browser online

if it takes you to a personalized website you may need like a password hopefully you still have that too

then go to security somewhere on the site and uncheck the box that says something something password required for wifi (don't tell your parents you did this because they tend not to understand and get mad)

then on your d.s. on Animal Crossing talk to the dogs and they will get you a friend code

then if you want a friend tell me your code, name, and city
