Adam Dunn or Ryan Howard?

Question

Both are pretty much like each other:Either they hit home runs or they strikeout,but who would you rather have?

Ryan Howard- Dunn was good. you are right they are both like each other but Ryan Howard is a bit better.

Ryan Howard, he has proven to be clutch, he has driven in well over 100 runs per year over the last three years, i would like Dunn but if i had to choose if would be Howard without much thought

Howard.  But if he is going to get an out, better to do a ground ball that way he could possibly advance a runner or get a run in!!!!!

Long term, Ryan Howard.  If he can regain his MVP form from a couple of years ago, there is no comparison.

Adam Dunn. He is the most consistent Home Run hitter year in and year out for the last 5 years hitting at least 40 in all of them. Howard has not proved that he can do that yet. He has proven that he will bat .213 and hit homers. Dunn will have it a bit harder in a more pitching friendly ballpark compared to the Reds park.

Ryan Howard defiently.  I think Ryan Howard is more feared and can rake more homers.  Dunn is a 40 homer guy, Howard will cloud around 50.  Howard to me can hit for a better average too and overall is better at clutch hitting and hitting when theres runners at 3rd with less than 2 outs.

Howard cuz Dunn's getting kinda old. but yeah i agree with you, they're both the ultimate "swing or miss" guy

Ryan Howard. He's just a better all around player when he's at the top of his game. Adam Dunn is a good player...but he's the type who reminds me too much of Rob Deer (80's, early 90's brewers outfielder). All Power, nothing else to his game. Howard can hit, granted he's not at his MVP level from 2 years ago..but he's still a more complete hitter than what Adam Dunn could ever hope to be.
