Adam Dunn to the D'Backs - what type of impact will he have?

Where do you see him in the lineup and will he be playing every day?

A Huge Impact, Im very glad the D'Backs made this move, being a D'Backs fan myself. They needed to make this move for multiple reasons, losing their two leaders Eric Byrnes and Orlando Hudson hurt big time and they needed some veteran leadership in the lineup.  Also with the Dodgers trading for Manny Ramirez, the D'Backs needed to trade for a big bat to keep up with them.  It should be an interesting race in the N.L West the rest of the year.

I see dunn playing cleanup and yes i see him playing every day. It would either be in LF or 1B problay 1B.   I think it really makes up for the loss or Eric Byrnes. The d'backs needed to make a move to keep in front of L.A and now they got it.

Probably the same he had in Cincy.  Hit a decent amount of homers, but strike out twice as much.

he will be playing everyday out in right field.. the dbacks need more offence, so im pretty sure he'll be playing everyday

As long as they put people on ahead of him and have a consistent hitter behind him, he could have a huge impact. He had Edwin Encarnacion behind him in Cincinnati. Dunn was on base a lot and despite what people say about his hitting with RISP, he has 2 more RBI w/RISP than Pujols in 1 fewer plate appearance. Putting someone like Conor Jackson behind him and I think Arizona will be very happy with the results.

i think hel play first base everyday

i think it will be good in the long run but as of for now no he wont adjust well and hes basically the only veteran on the team thats half decent so he has the potential to set a good example for the younger players

Big powerful lefthanded bat in the lineup who also draws a lot of walks. Also brings a lot of strikeouts. I'd say the positive out weighs the negative. This is a good move by Arizona.
