  1. This is an odd question.  Certainly adapt your language, verbal and non verbal communication skills.  As for behaviour, well of course!

  2. Check the developmental matters section in the EYFS for guidance, every child is unique and needs it's carers to take in to consideration it's own development, interests, future needs and plan activites based on observations.

  3. To age:

-different ages will have different requirements-babies will require more cuddles and physical contact, older children will want more space to be independent.

    To needs:

-some children will need you to be extra patient, others will need a firm hand...

-some children will require one-to-one others just general supervision.

    To abilities:

-same as above really although more indepth as EVERY child has their own needs-some may love to play with you and want to sit on your knee for story-others want to play on their own! Some children are hands on and like to do, others like to listen and be shown!

    Behaviour to adapt:

    -tone of voice

    -gestures

    -vocab and sentence length.

    -body language

    -position in the room.

-personal opinions-respect the child-just because they want to use left and your a right handed user doesnt make them using their left wrong!
