Adat xt interpolation indicator

Question

I'm actually using quantegy adat 42's and now on one of my machines I'm seeing a steady light and the pre-recorded tape works well in another machine which suggests to me I need to get a cleaning ( 275 hrs ).My question is, does a proper cleaner cassette exist and where can I obtain one or is it more advisable to ship to authorized service.
