Add Content won't respond. Cookies or something stopping it?

Please help. I deleted my Weather module on MyYahoo and can't get it back since clicking Add Content doesn't respond. Do I need to change some setting or what? Thanks.

Okay when you say add content don't respond it does not open a new window? If so active content may be disabled in internet options, or in internet options you may have set your explorer to not accept cookies,  Go to settings> control panel >internet options>temporary internet files section>settings and see if you have every visit to the page marked instead of never.
