Hello

To access settings for "Tabs", click the ALT key on your keyboard and the menu bar will appear, click "Tools", click "Internet Options", click the tab "General".

On the "General" tab find "Tabs" and click "Settings".  Check the box to "Enable tab browsing" or at the bottom left of the window select "Restore defaults", click OK when you're done.
