Add torrent to already downloaded file?

Hi all,

I downloaded some files a while ago and deleted the torrent file by mistake. I want to seed this download, how do I seed these files using the same torrent file? I can download the torrent file again, but I'm lost from that point on. I am using utorrent by the way. Thanks in advance.

Find and download the same torrent file.  Add it into utorrent, then in the box where you specify where to save the files, enter the path of the folder where the files are contained (e.g. c:\documents and settings\user\my documents\downloads\specific download\).  The download bar should display "checking" and give a percent.  When it's done, make sure it recognizes as 100% completed, then seed as usual.

ok first locate the downloaded file and then near that file the torrent file will also be located look for it just open the torrent file ur job is done.

u automatically seed it while u download it or just keeping it there without removing it...cuz these things work on a ratio basis download:upload
