Adderall and shortness of breath?

I have always had a 'shortness of breath' that comes and goes. I would have to make myself yawn or elevate my arms to get a full, deep breath. Since taking the adderall, this has occurred more frequently. Anyone else had this problem?

Unless you exercise, any weight loss will include muscle loss.  Have you talked to a doctor about your shortness of breath?  If not, you should before you start any exercise program including running.  Also some weight training will help you maintain or even increase your muscle mass.
