I wouldn't fall for this question if I were you.  For all you know it could be someone working with the law trying to catch people selling their drugs. Its called entrapment...and yes they are allowed to lie and pretend all they want. Thats their way to entice you to do it.

I could be wrong but its better to be safe than sorry. Not everybody knows about this so thats why im telling you. It seems a little weird when you ask online.
