hwo is diet soda harmful if you drink to much and what is a better drink to replace it!?

  1. try to drink a cup of water after every diet soda like any soda it can be harmful to your teeth but for whatever reason the dentist said it is more harmful then regular soda so drink water also.


  2. well if you drink too much soda - even if it's diet you're going to gain some wait ,  replace it with water. but if you need flavor replace it with iced tea.

You are probably addicted to the CAFFEINE in the soda.  Yes, the artificial sweeteners can be very harmful (especially aspartame).  And, no one should have more than a couple of carbonated drinks per day .....  Try flavored waters (with a little fizz) for about $.50 for a large bottle at Walmart;   or regular water with a squirt of lemon or lime;  or lemonade or iced tea ......If it's COLA that you're addicted to, here's a scary fact for you to consider:  Cola is considered one of the best toilet bowl cleaners, because it dissolves the lime deposits left by the water.  Just think what it does to your stomach lining!

  7. its a diuteric (draws water out of your body) with the caffiene so you think you are staying hydrated but you arent....and aspartame causes brain tumors....which could be why you cant spell "how"  LOL

  8. Most diet sodas have an ingredient in them called "aspartame" that has been linked to cancer and loads of other artificial ingredients that are harmful,you are honestly better off drinking regular soda or simply substituting with water.Good luck!=)

I am addicted to diet coke, it's the caffeine and it's a habit.  it is very harmful, the cancer causing saccharine, the food coloring.  I'm hooked.  yes it would be better ot have green tea or water and just take an aspirin until the headaches are gone, but that requires an action and change.  and that's scary.

    I remember reading an article stating that diet soda is actually worst than regular soda! Try drinking some real juice, not those artificial kinds!

  18. I had a grandmother who actually was addicted to diet pepsi, haha.  Uh, but its got this chemical in it called aspartame which is HORRIBLE for your body.  It causes brain tumors.  Oddly enough, my grandma died of a brain tumor.  True story, no joke.

    So I'd suggest the regular soda...or like, cigarettes.  Haha.

  19. I've had good luck replacing soda with flavored carbonated water.  Target 's Archer Farms brand is good.  And now there are a million brands and flavors.  

    Or you could drink Hansen's natural soda... many are non-caffeinated and they don't have as much c**p in them!  And tasty!  You can find it in the Organic/Natural section of the grocery store.
