  1. Everyone craves for some sugar in their life I'm one of them. well stead of buying sugar stuff try buying some fruit, so if  you crave for like sugary drink like cola then, drink water or eat some fruits.

try lower ur sugar level down ?

how much sugar are you take'ing in?

if u feel that  urge to crave then snack on something light like pasta

eat healthy u don't have to cut it all out at once gradually u do it

then soon u might not want sugar again,

  2. I have a sugar addiction too which I latch onto during times of stress. it's like a form of comfort eating except it only works for me if the foods are very high sugar and loads of them.

You need to address it as quickly as possible as I have been doing it for years and have wrecked my teeth as a result and have the most horrendous dental bills to get restorative treatment. Also diabetes is a risk which you shouldn't ignore as having it is one thing you wouldn't like.

I think the only way is to wheen yourself off it by using a substitute or initially cut the amount in half then reduce further and further until you crave it less. Getting the sugar out of your system by reducing intake will help you to crave it less.

  3. Sugar leads to cravings, cravings lead to sugar. Its an endless cycle.

  4. At least you recognize the problem, that's a good start.  The only way to get rid of the cravings is to stop.  If you cut sugar out of your diet, after awhile, you won't crave it as much.  Try using natural sweeteners, or naturally sweet foods to start out.  Raisins would be good, and other types of fruits.   If you are working out, perhaps you could try a homemade trail mix  with raw almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins (without sugar on them), and date pieces rolled in oat flour. Get these from the bulk section of your local health food store. If you want to salt them, just add a little sea salt to the mixture and shake the bag - add the sea salt before you add the fruit though!

While you are at the health food store, try reading labels for sports, or fizzy drinks, that don't contain sugar.  Replace your sugary drinks with those.

I have a blog about avoid sugar, and replacing natural sweeteners for refined sugar.  Here is a link:  http://buzz.prevention.com/community/sha...
