  1. Go play basketball.

  2. Okay, no matter how hard it may be you have to limit yourself. You have to say "Okay i am only going to go on the computer 1 hour a day" and it will be hard but you really have to follow through with it. Another thing is not being in the house a lot, going for vacation a lot, or just playing or being outside. Swimming, sports, crafts, any activities really.

  3. The only person who can help you is you. Decide on a hobby to take up - even if it's something as simple as reading a book or painting and drawing.

How come you're not allowed out? Can you not visit your friends? Can your friends visit you instead?

Seriously, you need to tear yourself away from the computer. It WILL cause damage to your body - you're running the risk of acquiring a repetitive strain injury, affecting your posture and your eyesight.

  4. um... bad situation, I was addicted too but then mine unplugged my computer and I just wasn't addicted any more when I got it back. Try that. If you're saying to yourself "what a stupid idea what am I going to do in the meanwhile?" then you might go to the shop and get some headache pills, it's less annoying, too! Careful on what you get though...

  5. I wish I could give you some good advice about how to break the habit.  However, look at me.  I have earned like 500 points this week so clearly I'm addicted too.

  6. You cannot go on like this.  Your headaches are symptomatic of something far greater.  Tell your parents you are suffering from not being outdoors.  Ask them to take you places.  Find a way to just sit out on the front steps or porch for a couple of hours a day.  You will have to start living the life of a normal 11 year old.  The computer is your best friend, and I really feel for you.  Explain to your parents that you want to go with a few friends to the library or WMCA.  Ask them to take you to church functions or museums.  You must get out and about.  Ask God to help you.  Computers are nice, but they cannot take the place of real people and real life.  ---  Be Blessed Now --- Toni D.

  7. Do something you like e.g a hobby. Kite flying, fishing, skating, RC etc. especially if it's outdoors.

  8. get an active hobby nerdo!

  9. I'm addicted too! xD I'm 12 ;] The only thing that keeps me away is if I'm sleeping, at school, watching TV, school-related junk like homework lol, and doing some other fun activity that'll keep me away(like vacation)

  10. well you should stop being on the computer all the time and do something else like play outside with your friends or just play video games

  11. try going outside, or unplug the computer. XD

  12. go find something else productive to do...
